Have we got a treat for you at Torquay 2012! Not only are we keeping the £199 two night package but you can decide to come along for a three or four night package for only £50 more per person per night. The four night package includes a Harbour Cruise on the Wednesday night and the Thursday night includes a Beach Party.
The Imperial Hotel will be the centre of all things Friday & Saturday, hosting all the parties and meetings too. We have a 20% discount on the bar prices so we know where to find you at all hours. This 4 star hotel is larger than the 2011 HQ and right on the bay. Of course it has leisure facilities including an indoor pool and gym and is a short walk from the town centre for shopping and the bars and restaurants of the town.
We fully expect The Imperial Hotel to be sold out within ONE MONTH and this hotel is reserved for the four and three night packages. We also have additional hotelsnear the Imperial. For those of you choosing the two night package you will be in 3* Rew Hotels.
Thursday Night Beach party with BBQ – With such a great location a Beach Party has been arranged for your enjoyment along with entertainment. Get your best Hawaiian shirt and Bermuda shorts and party with the best view of Torquay.
Friday night – This is our Rocky Horror Fancy Dress Party so after going into town and having a drink then after 9.00pm come back for our Rocky Horror Fancy Dress Party. There will be a whole night’s entertainment so let yourself go.
The National AGMs are on the Saturday and are in the Imperial Hotel. We recommend you can book the Express Lunch (must be pre-booked). This will be a hot buffet and alcoholic drink served promptly so delegates can get back to work without the fuss of waiting for food.
Saturday night is the Banquet and Ball set in the superb dining rooms and the Presidents of Round Table and Ladies Circle will hand over their chains of office then. Then the doors will swing open and the party will rock the joint.
